Joy joined LSFP in 1995 after graduating from the George Mason University/GWU School of Medicine Collaborative NP Program. She is an active military reserve Lt. Colonel and has served our country since 1989. She has an extensive background in geriatric and long term care medicine. Joy lives in Centreville with her family, is an avid runner and enjoys training for long distance marathons.
