Dr. Crowley joined LSFP in 1987.  He attended the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk, Va.  He is board certifed by the American Board of Family Medicine.  He currently maintains weekly office hours at both our Cornwall and Purcellville locations.  He is a past President of the Loudoun Hospital medical staff.  He enjoys equestrian activities in his leisure time.  Dr. Crowley resides in Lovettsville with his three children.
