Summer is a great time to schedule those physicals you and your family may need for sports, camp, college or other activity.  The winter "sick season" has abated and the schedules are more flexible during this time.  Please note that most insurance carriers only cover one physical per year.  Our receptionists will gladly check your chart and help you schedule an appropriate time to complete your exam.  As always, bring your immunization records with you and any forms that need to be completed for your organization or activity. 

If you have already had a physical in the past year, we may be able to just fill out your forms without an exam  (a $10 form fee applies). 

 If your activity requires a second exam within the one year time period, a brief adminstrative exam can be performed for $55(not billable to insurance).
